MEALS ARE DELIVERED
Currently we are only delivering to your home or office in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.
Your meals will be delivered to your home or office between 4pm-6pm on Monday. Our chefs freshly prepare your meals and package them in oven/microwave safe and BPA-free containers. If you will not be home during delivery, just place a 48 qt chest cooler by the front door, and we will place your order in the cooler with reusable ice-packs. If you need a cooler, you can order one from us. Office deliveries will be in a reusable insulated cooler bag for easy transport home.

ENJOY YOUR MEALS
Simply heat, eat and enjoy. Measl will come with heating instructions, nutritional information and a short description of ingredient health benefits. Our meals help you stay on track with your health goals. All meals come fullly cooked. Fresh salads should be consumed within 3-4 days for the freshest quality. Containers can be frozen if you are not able to enjoy your meals within 7 days.

If this is your first time ordering, please fill out the Get Started questionnaire. We will contact you to schedule a free consulatation with Chef Catherine so we can fully understand your meal preferences, food allergies, and your health goals.
Weekly Meals are posted each week on Tuesday by noon. Please place your order by noon on Friday, for delivery on Monday by 6pm.
Choose one of our meal programs or if you have specific needs we can customize a program that fits your needs.
